Pile Hammer How to Work?
Our vibrating pile hammer employs high-frequency vibrations to transfer mechanical vertical vibrations to the pile body, thereby altering the surrounding soil structure. This process reduces soil strength and induces liquefaction, minimizing frictional resistance between the pile and soil. During pile driving, the combined forces of the excavator, vibro hammer, and pile's own weight facilitate penetration. For pile extraction, the vibro hammer aids in pulling the pile out under vibrational conditions, using the excavator's lift force.
