Hydraulic pile driver working principle and engineering application scope High frequency hydraulic vibratory pile driver is using vibrating pile sinking to drive or extract piles. It is especially suitable for municipal, bridges, cofferdam, building foundation etc. such short pile projects. Pile Driver Application The efficient of vibration pile method is higher than other methods. It is mainly are fit for driving and extracting sheet piles, I-steel piles, Cement square pile, cylinder pile, larsen piles in various shapes. This pile driving method is the most suitable for working in sand and poorer effect in the clay which must select higher power model machines. |

Pile Hammer How to Work?
The vibrating pile hammer operates by using high-frequency vibrations to agitate the pile body with significant acceleration. This process transmits vertical vibrations into the pile, altering the soil structure around it and diminishing its strength. The surrounding soil becomes liquefied, drastically reducing the frictional resistance between the pile's side and the soil. Subsequently, the excavator exerts downward force in conjunction with the vibrating hammer and the pile's weight to embed the pile into the soil. When the need arises to extract the piles, the hammer's vibrations facilitate the process by allowing the excavator's lift force to smoothly pull the pile. The excitation force required by pile driving machinery is meticulously determined by the site's soil characteristics, including moisture content and pile type, ensuring optimal construction efficiency.
